摘要
目的 :探索形态定量在喉肿瘤病理学诊断中的有效指标参数。方法 :将分形分析理论引入喉肿瘤的研究中 ,应用自行研制的“分形分析系统”。选取人喉正常鳞状上皮 30例 ,喉乳头状瘤 2 0例 ,喉鳞状细胞癌 38例 ,分别观察各组细胞核分形维数的变化。结果 :各组细胞核边界的分维值均大于其拓扑维数 ,即它们都具有分形特征 ,并且喉正常鳞状上皮、乳头状瘤和喉鳞状细胞癌细胞核分维值依次增大 ,相互间分维值的差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :分形维数可以定量描述细胞核形态的不规则程度 ,可作为肿瘤细胞病理学鉴别诊断的一种定量参考指标。
Aim: To find out a new reliable concept in morphometry of pathological diagnosis.Methods:The fractal analysis system made by ourselves was used to analyze the changes of the nuclear shape in 30 cases of normal laryngeal squamous epithelium,20 cases of laryngeal papilloma and 38 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,and to measare the fractal dimensions of the nuclear boundaries in the 3 groups.Results:The fractal dimensions of the nuclear boundary of all grades were significantly greater than their topological dimensions,indicating the nuclear boundaries may possess fractal features.There was significantly difference between the 3 groups.Conclusion:Fractal dimension is a better way of measuring the irregular extent of nuclear shape.Fractal analysis may provide a quantitative parameter for pathological discrimination of tumor cell.
