环境雌激素的生殖和发育毒性研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 环境雌激素(environmental estrogens)是环境内分泌干扰物中的一大类,这类物质进入人和动物体内后可模拟细胞内雌激素作用或改变该雌激素活性、干扰内分泌系统的正常功能,通过多种机制表现出拟天然雌激素或抗天然雄激素的作用,其结果可导致生殖功能障碍、生长发育异常、出生缺陷、代谢紊乱和某些与激素有关的生殖系肿瘤,如乳腺癌、睾丸癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜瘤等.环境雌激素对人和野生动物的有害影响引起了生态学家、流行病学家、内分泌学家和毒理学家的极大关注,已经成为国际生物医学界研究的热点问题.从环境雌激素的危害来看,其对生长发育、生殖功能和人类繁衍的影响意义最为深远,本文对近年有关环境雌激素的生殖发育毒性研究作简要综述.
