摘要
目的 :对双扑伪麻泡腾颗粒剂的药效学进行研究。 方法 :通过家兔致热试验、小白鼠醋酸扭体法、小白鼠热板法、小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿试验、毛细血管通透性试验及豚鼠鼻粘膜致敏试验等方法对双扑伪麻泡腾颗粒剂的药效学进行评价。 结果 :颗粒剂的解热、镇痛、抗炎及抗过敏作用均优于同等剂量的片剂 ( P <0 .0 1) ,颗粒剂比片剂起效快 ,作用强。 结论 :双扑伪麻泡腾颗粒剂是一抗感冒疗效高。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of compound acetaminophen effervescent granule. Method: Means of rabbit pyrogenic test, mice acetic acid torsion test, mice thermal plate test, mice concha auricular dimethylbenzene swelling test, capillary permeability test, and guinea pig nasal mucosa sensitization test were employed to evaluate the pharmacodynamics of compound effervescent granule. Results: The effects of effervescent granule on antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antianaphylaxis were better than those of tablet (P<0.01). Result also indicated that the absorption rate of effervescent granule was more quickly and its effect was stronger than those of tablet. Conclusion: Compound acetaminophen effervescent granule is a new dosage form which have high effect of anticold with little side effect.
