摘要
目的 :为临床心血管试验提供形态学资料。方法 :对 5例豚鼠心脏的窦房结和房室结 ,进行透射电镜观察。结果 :窦房结和房室结内的细胞主要为P细胞和T细胞。P细胞圆形或多边形 ,胞核大 ,肌微丝少排列不规则 ,线粒体少 ,糖原颗粒及核糖体丰富 ,核旁有高电子密度颗粒。T细胞呈梭形 ,平行排列、核长 ,核膜及胞膜不平滑 ,肌微丝可形成较完善的肌节 ,核糖体和糖原颗粒丰富 ,也有高电子密度颗粒。结内细胞多以未分化型连接为主。结论 :该研究能为了解心传导系的传导机制和探讨心律失常发病机制 。
Objective:To provide the morphological data for the clinical cardiovascular experiments.Methods:The sinuatrial node(SAN) and the atrioventricular node(AVN) were observed in 5 guinea pigs with a transmissive electron microscope.Results:The SAN and AVN chiefly consisted of P cells and T cells.The P cells were round or polygonal in shape,small with greater nucleus.The myofilaments were less in number and aranged irregularly.There were a few mitochondria,a number of glycogen particles and ribosomes in the P cells.The high electron dense granules can be seen beside nucleus.The T cells were shuttle in shape and lined parallel,with their nucleus being long.The membranes of nucleus and cell were not smooth.The myofilaments may form a perfect sarcomere.Many ribosomes and glycogen particles and a few high electron dense granules were identified within the cells.The junction between cells mainly consisted of an indifferentiated junction.Conclusions:These results could furnish detail morphological basis for the understanding of conductive mechanism in cardiac conductive system and the exploring of the pathology in the impulse conduction.
