摘要
N-(二甲胺基甲基)丙烯酰胺(下称DM)是合成阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺的单体。可由以下反应合成: HN(CH_3)_2+HCHO+CH_2=CHCONH_2→CH_2=OHCONHCH_2N(CH_3)_2(DM) DM的合成产物含有未反应的丙烯酰胺(下称AM)和副反应产物N-羟基甲基丙烯酰胺(下称MAM),AM和MAM的HPLC分析已有报道,有关DM的分析方法国内外均未见报道本文用反相离子抑制色谱法对DM的合成产物的分离作了初步探索。在ODS柱上以磷酸盐缓冲液/正丁胺/甲醇为流动相,考察了流动相的pH值、各组分浓度对样品保留行为的影响,确定了最佳分离条件,测定了DM的合成产物,方法简便快速。
The influence of the pH value and the concentrations.of n-butylamine, methanol and KH2PO4 in mobile phase on the retention benaviour of N-(dimethylamino) methylpro-penamide,acrylamide and N-bydroxymetbylacry-lamide has been investigated. The optimum condition of seperation was established. A simple and rapid HPLC metbod for the synthesis products was described.
