摘要
杀虫草(SCD)是沙蚕毒(NTX)系新杀虫剂,国内已广泛应用,临床中毒病例也屡有报道。对麻醉家兔腓总神经胫骨前肌,iv SCD7.5 mg/kg可完全抑制自主呼吸和诱发肌肉收缩。iv二巯基丙磺酸钠(DMPS)7和10mg/kg,可使自主呼吸及肌肉收缩完全恢复。解救兔SCD急性中毒实验中,iv DMPS 62.5mg/kg治疗SCD 15.5 mg/kg中毒,在拮抗肌松及呼吸后,出现震颤、惊厥和EEG发作性异常放电波。增加剂量不能拮抗中枢性作用。DMPS合用iv 5
The present Studies were carriedout to clarify the antidotal effects of DMPS(sodium2, 3-dimercaptopropane-1-sulfonate) or DMPScombined with diazepam, against acute poisoningof sodium ammonium 2-dimethylamino-, 3-propane-dithlosulfate(SCD). In nervus peronaeus communis-musculus tibi-alis anterior preparation of urethane anesthetizedrabbits, SCD (7.5 mg/kg, iv) depressed completelythe respiration and indirectly elicited muscletwitch. DMPS (7 or 10 mg/kg, iv) antagonizedcompletely the respiratory depression and themyoneural blockade. DMPS (62.5 mg/kg, iv) couldn't antagonizethe tremor, tonic convulsion, and the seizure pat-terns in EEG caused by SCD (15mg/kg, iv).However, DMPS combined with diazepam (5mg/kg, iv) completely and rapidly antagonized thesetoxic effects. DMPS combined with phenobarbitalsodium or phenytoin sodium showed only partialor little antidotal effects. In mice, DMPS combined with diazepam alsoshowed similar antidotal effect. According to above results, DMPS only anta-gonizes peripheral neuromuscular block but hasnone on the central nervous poisoning effects cau-sed by SCD. DMPS combined with diazepammay be used to treat SCD poisoning patients.
