摘要
本课题以心电图、血清心肌酶和组织病理学等方面不同时间的变化为指标,观察了蝮蛇抗栓酶(Svate)对大鼠异丙肾上腺素性心肌梗塞的影响。结果表明Svate能显著地限制异丙肾上腺素对心肌的损伤作用。同时,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆红素和肌酐含量的检测结果也提示Svate能改善急性心肌梗塞大鼠肝、肾功能的暂时性障碍。
The effect of Agkistrodon Halys (A. Halys) on isoproterenol-induced acute myocardial infarction (AMI) was investigated in this study in rats. It was demonstrated by time course observations of electrocardiogram, serum lactic dehydrogenase activity and histopathology that A. Halys protected myocardium from injury by isoproterenol in rats. And at the same, as shown by the determinations of serum total protein, albumin, total bilirubin and creactinine. A. Halys could improve the temporary renal and hepatic dysfunction of rats with isoproterenol-induced AMI.
