摘要
本文论述了软件标准化的重要性,国外软件标准化规范,软件文档的重要性,和提高程序设计质量的几点建议。进一步论述了软件标准他的实现在我国还有较大困难的情况下,应重视软件的重用技术。
In this article, we discuss the importance of software standardization, the normality on software standardization abroad, the significance of software file, and put forward several proposals which can improve the qality of programming. And then we also discourse the question that software-reusing techniques should be valued because the software standardization is not realized in China yet.
