摘要
组织为了保持其竞争优势和创新能力,必须开展组织学习。本文简单地介绍了组织学习的基本概念,论述了战略、结构、环境、技术和文化等组织学习的影响因子,着重说明了信息技术,特别是信息系统对组织学习的影响。
Organizations are increasingly pay attention to organizational learning in order to increase competitive advantage, innovation and effectiveness. This paper shows the interplay of factors such as structure, environment, culture and technology, especially discusses the potential impacts of information systems on organizational learning.
