摘要
知识经济时代，大学将成为社会经济发展的重要动力。大学应充分发挥综合优势，主动进入国家经济和社会发展的大循环中去。知识和资本的结合是校企合作的具体内容和必然趋势。清华大学面向经济建设主战场，加强产学研结合、加强研究基地建设、加强国际交流合作、促进科技产业化是这种结合的具体体现。
In the knowledge economy era,university will become an important force for the social and economic development. University should fully exploit its comprehensive advantage and join the whole process of national economic and social development actively. The combination of knowledge and capital will be the main content and trend of cooperation of industry,university and research institute. The embodiment of this combination is that Tsinghua University focuses its research on serving economic construction,enhances the construction of research base， enhances international exchanges and cooperation, enhances the cooperation of industry, university and research institute and accelerates the industrialization of technology.
