摘要
目前中国加入WTO谈判已进入实质阶段。一旦入关 ,可以说《服务贸易总协定》及其《金融服务协定》规范 ,既是我国银行业寻求自身发展难得的机遇 ,又是长期的严峻挑战。本文以跨世纪的时空新视角全面总结和评估了中国银行业的“WTO情结” ,以寻找相应对策 ,促进我国银行业稳健和可持续的开放发展。
At present, the negotiation about China’s entry into WTO has been in essential phase. When it comes true, Chinese banks will operate as the regulation of WTO Agreement on Financial Service Trade. It is a great opportunity for banks to develop, but it is still facing great challenges. In order to look for corresponding countermeasure and promote the development of China’s banking industry, the relationship between China’s bankingindustry and WTO or other related questions are widely summarized and evaluated at a new visual angle in this paper.
