摘要
目前,研究和解决故障诊断问题是高技术装备维修中的关键问题。为适应新的形势要求,应从设计思想上突玻,即采用开放式模块化的测试诊断体系结构。基于此,采用虚拟仪器技术开发的海军舰载声纳通用电路板VXI测试诊断系统,测试时间短、测试准确率高,实用性强。本文介绍该系统的开发设计思想,包括硬件组成、通用标准接口和接口适配器的设计、软件系统组成及功能,并较详细地介绍了软件设计中有关问题的解决方案。
Now, researching and solving fault-diagnosis is the key in high-technology equipments maintainment. Adapting to new situation, we should change design idea, adopting open model ATS(Auto Test System). For this, we use advanced VI technology and VXI system to make up a circuit-board ATS to realize the communication sonar circuit-board' s auto-test and fault - diagnosis, to promote diagnosis efficiency and shorten diagnosis time. This paper introduces the development method and design, consisting of hardwares'constructs, general-standard interface and interface-adapters' design, and software's constructs and functions. For detail, This essay tells us how to solve some problems of software.
