摘要
研究了2324-T39合金状态厚板未稳定化及经125℃/50h,150℃/50h稳定化处理后室温拉伸性能及其显微结构变化,探讨了热稳定化处理对合金性能的影响。结果表明,冷变形所造成的位错强化也是2324-T39稳定化后拉伸性能优于2024-T351的主要原因。
A study has been made to understand the microstructure,tensile properties of aluminum alloy 2324-T39 under thermal exposure at elevated temperature. Detailed optical and transmission electron microscopi-cal observations were used to analyse the intrinsic microstructural features of the T39 condition ,differencesin tensile properties of 2324- T39 and 2024-T351 are explicable from differences in microstructures.An at-tempt is made to discuss the influence of FTMT(Final Thermomechanical Treatment)on tensile propertiesand microstructure under thermal exposure.
