摘要
采用丙烯酸和衣康酸的共聚物与自制磷酸钙粉末反应制备骨水泥。用自凝牙托水对类磷酸四钙 (TTCP)粉末进行表面改性后所制备的骨水泥 ,初凝时间为 4.5min ,终凝时间为 8.5min ,抗压强度可达 42MPa。采用类TTCP和α -磷酸三钙的混合粉料制备的骨水泥 ,初凝时间为 5 .5min ,终凝时间为 11.0min ,抗压强度可达 43MPa。
Polymeric calcium phosphate cement is a new type of bioactive materials used in bone prostheses. In the study the cement was derived from mixing copolymer of acrylic acid and itaconic acid with the powder of calcium phosphate. The compressive strength of the cement is enhanced up to 42 MPa after surface modification of TTCP like powder by MMA. Its initial setting time is 4.5 min and final setting time is 8.5 min.For the cement by powder mixture of α-TCP and TTCP like, its compressive strength reaches 43 MPa, its initial setting time is 5.5 min and its final setting time is 11.0 min.
