摘要 介绍以丙烯晴和 4-甲基 - 4羟基 - 2 -戊酮为原料在浓硫酸作用下首先合成一种环状结构的硫酸盐 ,再经中和开环制成N - (1,1-二甲基 - 3-氧代丁基 )丙烯酰胺的改进方法。探讨了原料配比对环状结构硫酸盐收率的影响。采用红外光谱、质谱、差热分析和元素分析等方法表征了产物 ,高效液相色谱法测得产物的纯度 99.8%。 Acrylonitrile and diacetone alcohol are reacted in 98% sulfuric acid to form a intermediate reaction product that is then neutralized to produce N-(1,1-dimethyl-oxobutyl)acrylamide. Effects of the amount of material on the yield of intermediate are discussed. The compounds is characterized by element analysis, IR, MS, DSC and HPLC and the results show that the compound is N-(1,1-dimethyl-oxobutyl)acrylamide. The pureity of the compound was 99.8%.
