摘要
提出了一种针对轻型客车白车身结构的静态灵敏度分析的子结构法 ,以模拟车身的动态灵敏度应力分析 .应用子结构法 ,通过动态分析软件ANSYS进行分析 ,寻找在车身扭转振型下频率灵敏度比较高的部件 ,进而为改进结构设计、提高整车抗扭性能提供理论依据 .研究表明 ,应用等效子结构法 ,可以大大提高计算效率 ,节省计算机资源 .这种方法有利于大型结构动态灵敏度分析 .
This paper presents a substructure method of static sensitivity analysis of light car white body to simulate the dynamic sensitivity analysis of bus. Through substructure analysis method by dynamic analysis software ANSYS, the parts which have higher sensitivity under the torque mode of bus are found, and the theoretical basis for modifying structure design and improving resist torque reference of whole car is provided. This method can improve the computation efficiency and save computer resource.
