摘要
提出一种用微反应色谱法研究甲醇气相脱水制备二甲醚的色谱分析流程 ,避免通常必须对反应产物中的易凝结的组分进行冷凝然后另行分析 ,在流程中连续分析同时得到气相和液相组分的定量数据 ,实现在线实时分析 .流程首先用一个色谱柱将甲醇脱水产物中的水、甲醇、乙醇完全分离并与其他组分分开 ,在氢化钙转化反应器中 ,将已经分离的水、甲醇、乙醇依次转化成氢 ,用热导检测器测定 .在串接的第 2个色谱柱中实现其它组分的分离 ,并将其中的CO和 CO2 在加氢转化柱上转化成甲烷 .第 2色谱柱分离的组分用氢火焰离子化检测器测定 .两个色谱柱和两个检测器的分析结果组成完整的甲醇催化脱水产物的色谱图 。
A novel method for analyzing the product of catalyzed methanol dehydration, sequential connection of GDX 101 column A, CaH 2 translation reactor, TCD, GDX 101 column B, hydrogenation column, and FID, is developed. H 2O, CH 3OH and C 2H 5OH, after being separated by the chromatographic column A, are changed into H 2 in CaH 2 translation reactor, and then detected by TCD, freeing the chemical analysis of the condensative components. The rest, CO, CH 4 , CO 2 , C 2H 4 and CH 3OCH 3, are separated by the chromatographic column B of which CO and CO 2 are translated into CH 4, while all are finally detected with FID. The quantitative results show that the method is satisfactory in preciseness and repeatability.
