锑化铟探测器扩散结深的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文从改善锑化钢红外探测器的光电流和探测度着手,从理论上分析了锑化铟光伏型红外探洲器的扩散 p-n 结结深,并与实际测试结深进行了比较。为锑化锢 p-n 结的制备工艺找到了一定的理论依据。
