摘要
建立了两性霉素 B与注射用两性霉素 B含量的 HPL C测定法方法 :采用 ODS柱 ,以 0 .0 1mol/ L磷酸二氢钾溶液 -乙腈 (6 6∶ 34)为流动相 ,检测波长为 410 nm,流速为 1.0 ml/ min,柱温为室温 ,进样量为10 μl。结果 ,线性范围 1.2 5~ 3.75 μg,日内 RSD为 0 .3% ,日间百分偏差为 0 .3% ,提示本法快速简便 ,适用于两性霉素 B与注射用两性霉素 B的含量测定。
An HPLC method for determination of amphotericin B and amphotericin B for injection was established. Method: Merck C 18 column (12.5mm×4.6mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was 0.01mol/L patassium dihydrogen phosphate∶acetonitrile (66∶34), and UV detection wavelenth was 410nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and column temperature was 25℃. Results: The calibration curve was within the range of 1.25~ 3.75 μg. The within day precision RSD was 0.3% and day to day precision RSD was 0.3%.
