摘要
研究了在TritonX - 1 0 0和Tween - 80非离子表面活性剂存在下 ,铝与苯基荧光酮 (PF)的显色反应 结果表明 ,在碱性条件下 ,Al3+与PF、TritonX - 1 0 0、Tween - 80形成紫红色络合物 ,λmax=560nm ,ε560 =8.6× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,铝在 0~ 7 5μg/2 5mL范围内服从比耳定律 在拟定条件下 ,直接光度法测定江水、湖水及饮水中的微量铝 ,结果满意 .
This article studied the color reaction of Aluminum and Phenyl fluorone in the presence of nonionic surfactents TritonX-100 and Tween-80.The results shows that Al 3+-PF-Triton X-100 and Tween-80 will form purplish red complex,under the condition of basicity.The apparent molar absorpti vity is 8.6×104L·mol -1·cm -1 at 560nm.Beer′s law will be abeyed for luminum is the range of 0-7.5μg/25ml.The method can be applied to spectrophotometric determination of results trace amounts of Aluminum in river,lake and drink water with satisfactory.
