摘要
本文研究了某减速器的振动故障,发现并研究了其中介传动齿轮的耦联共振。用试验模态分析结果、模态综合技术、瑞利法相结合的办法,提高了试验模态分析所得振型的精度。对多种结构修改方案计算求得了它们的各阶动频,从中选定了最佳的排振修改方案。
The vibration fault of a reducer is analyzed. A kind of coupled resonance of the intermediate transmission gear is discovered. A method of mode correction is suggested to improve the accuracy of the experimental mode based on the results of experimental modal analysis, modal synthesis technique and Rayleigh's method. Various modifications of the structure are analyzed. The optimal modification of them is chosen according to the calculated dynamic frequencies.
