摘要
本文针对我国拍卖破产企业工作的特点 ,结合几个试点拍卖企业的实际情况 ,从拍卖破产企业的宏观政策、资产评估、拍卖规则、职工安置到卖后监督等方面 。
By introducing and analyzing some concrete practices of auction of insolvent enterprises,some suggestions for the auction of insolvent enterprises in China are presented from several aspects of macro policy,assets evaluation,auction rule,staff arrangement and supervision after auctioned.
