摘要
本文通过对比电力系统早期的孤岛自动化 ,综述了基于信息技术的配电网自动化的基本功能和意义。针对配电网自动化的关键问题——通信技术 ,重点讨论了网络化配电载波技术 ( NDLC)的可行性与可靠性 ,最后介绍了网络化配电载波的现场试验结果。
The concept and significance of distribution network automation is introduced and compared with traditional isolated automation. The emphasis is placed on communication which is the key to distribution network automation, particularly the feasibility and reliability of network based distribution line carrier(NDLC)is discussed. Finally, the results of NDLC field test are given.
