摘要
应用 3kW连续CO2 激光器对轧辊钢进行了激光熔凝处理。用金相显微镜、SEM及 71型显微硬度计 ,进行了显微组织分析和硬度测试。结果发现 ,其剖面组织区域分为熔化区 (粗大的马氏体 +残留奥氏体→奥氏体 )、相变区 (马氏体 +残留奥氏体+碳化物 )、热影响区和基体 4个部分 ,各区域的尺寸及显微硬度与激光功率、扫描速度等工艺参数有关 ,且激光处理后硬化效果明显。
Laser melting treatment roller steel has been performed with a 3kW continuous wave CO 2 Laser.The microstructure has been analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope (SEM),and the microhardness has been measured by 71 microhardometer.The result showed that its section has been divided into melting zone composed of that coarse martensite and retained austenite,quenching zone made up of martensite,retained austenite and carbides,heat influence zone and base metal.The regions of various zone and the mircohardness are related to the laser process parameters which are laser power,scanning speed and so on.In addition,the harding effect is obvious after laser melting treatment.
