摘要
在适宜生长温度下,Ca2+主要分布于辣椒叶肉细胞间隙及细胞壁中;热胁迫后细胞间隙及其壁中Ca2+大量进入细胞质,叶绿体结构受到破坏后其中的Ca2+也释放出来,使细胞质中Ca2+浓度增高。热胁迫可能是通过诱导Ca2+在细胞中分布的变化而导致其受到伤害。
The changes of Ca2+ localization in mesophyll cells of pepper under heat stress were studied with electromicroscopiccytochemical method.When pepper grew at optimum temperature,it was shown that the Ca2+ distributed mainly within intercellular spaces and cell walls.When the plants were stressed by high temperature at 39,a great deal of Ca2+ located in cell walls and intercellular spaces moved into cytosol.Meanwhile,the chloroplasts were damaged and the Ca2+ released into cytosol.The increase of Ca2+ in cytosol under heat stress might be one of the reasons which made the mesophyll cells be injured.
