摘要
微穿孔板吸声结构以其吸声系数高 ,吸收频带宽 ,无需填充物等优点 ,广泛应用于噪声控制的各个领域。本文采用微穿孔板吸声结构 ,并应用于南通风机厂生产的 9.2 6No6.3高压离心风机 ,运用优化设计的方法设计了双层微穿孔板蜗舌共振器 ,并用计算法与经验法相结合设计了风机双层微穿孔板进出口消声器。分别取得降噪 3 .5dB(A)与 1 7dB(A)
Microperforate plate is widly used because of its high sound absorption coefficient and wide absorption frequency. The dissertation applying microperforate plate absorption structure to 9.26 No 6.3 high pressure centrifugal fan which made by NANTONG Fan Factory. Using optimal design method, designed out a double cavity fan resonator, and designed out fan output and input mufflers of double deck sound absorption structure of microperforate plate. Two measures applying to centrifugal fan of 9.26 No 6.3 type acquired the effect of 3.5dB(A) and 17dB(A) noise reduction.
