摘要 以羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为基料的室温硫化硅橡胶.可通过“两步法”和“一步法”就地填充补强。“两步法”先按常规制备熟化硅橡胶;再将其浸于正硅酸乙酯中溶胀,尔后转入水、水溶液或空气中,正硅酸乙酯水解生成沉淀SiO_2,即可实现就地填充补强。“一步法”:直接向羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷中加入潜在的补强剂和交联剂,在催化剂存在下,同时完成就地填充补强和交联熟化反应,一步即制得强韧的弹性体。 Room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber composed of hydroxl - terminated polydimethylsiloxanes was reinforced by 'one step process' or 'two step process' in situ precipitation and filling without solid filler. In ' two step process ', silicone rubber was cured normally in the first step,the cured silicone rubber was swollen in tetraethyl orthosilicate and immersed in water , aqueous solution or moist air in the second step , in situ filled and reinforced silicone rubber were obtained as a result of precipitated SiO2 produced from the hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate . In 'one step process' ,potential strengthening agent and crosslinking agent were directly added into hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane , the in situ filling reinforcement and crosslinking reaction were simultaneously completed , giving a tough silicone rubber.
