摘要
用红外光潜法测定经热处理的聚醚型聚氨酯,发现单纯加热不能改善其微相分离。用DSC法测定表明,在120℃下加热并缓慢冷却,聚醚型聚氨酯的微相分离程度较高,硬段微区有序化程度得到改善。高浓度硬段的聚醚型聚氨酯经热处理并缓慢冷却,可以增加硬段微区的连续化程度,但热处理温度≥150℃会造成裂纹。
Reaction injection molding (RIM) polyurethanes were analyzed by FTIR at different temperature and the results showed that simple heating could not improve the microphase separation of polyurethane .The experimental results of DSC showed that when the sample was heated at 120°C and cooled slowly , both the extent of microphase separation and ordering in hard domains were improved . When the samples with high content of hard segment were heat treated and then cooled slowly , the continuity of hard segments domains increased , but high temperature≥150°C in treatment might cause cracking .
