摘要
在全挡板条件下,分别于φ391mm和φ400mm搅拌槽内,研究了Brumagin桨各调节参数对搅拌功率和循环特性的影响,得到关联式:N_p=72(d/D)~A(b/D)^(1.1)[(L/D)-K(L/D)~2]cosθ^(1.05)n_p^(0.812)n_s^(0.94),式中,A=2.3+16.2(L/D)-76.4(L/D)~2,K=7.5+15(sinθ-1)(d/D),当L/D≥L/D|N_(p(?))=0.5K^(-1)时,取L/D=0.5K^(-1)。该关联式关联了315个实验点,关联的平均偏差为7.2%;N_p/N_(qd)=2.2(d/D)^(0.8)(b/D)^(0.2)cosθ^(1.25)n_p^(0.25),该关联式的平均偏差为6.1%,叶长L对N_p/N_(qd)基本无影响。实验还研究了六叶透平桨、A310桨,推进器、三叶斜桨和三叶后掠式桨的循环特性。其N_p/N_(qd)值的顺序如下:推进器和A310桨<三叶斜桨<Brumagin桨和三叶后掠式桨<六叶透平桨。
The power characteristics and pumping capacity of the Brumagin impeller were measured systemically in a φ391 mm and a φ400 mm mixing vessel under the condition of fully baffled turbulence . The experimental results were correlated with various geometrial parameters of the Brumagin impeller . The recommended correlations were as follows :Np = 72(d/D)A-(b/D)1.1[(L/D)-K(L/D)2]cos θ1.05np0.812ns0.94, where A= -2.3+ 16.2 (L/D) -764 (L/D)2,K= 7.5+ 15(sin θ- 1)(d/D). When L/D≥All the experimental data were in good agreement with correlations within the mean error of 7.2 % . The pumping capacity of Rushton turbine , A 310 impeller , propeller , 3 - bladed inclined paddle , 3 - bladed retreat impeller and Brumagin impeller were compared and their Np/Bqd were arranged in following order :propeller A 310 impeller< inclined paddle<Brumagin impeller retreat impeller<Rushton turbine
