实验室的生命力在于教育创新。教育创新使实验室的发展适应现代教育的需要 ,符合现代大学的理念。实验室主任应在思想创新的基础上做到组织创新、教育创新 ,以保证实验教学中创新教育的实施 ,从而培养知识。
The vitality of laboratory lies in an educational innovation, which makes the development of laboratory suit the needs of modern education and accord with the theoretical concept of a modern university. A laboratory chief should bring forth new ideas in the organization and education on the basis of ideological innovation to guarantee the implementation of the innovation education in experimental teaching, so as to train talented people of high quality, whose knowledge, ability and personality can be developed coordinately.
