摘要
黄河流域是我国水资源供求矛盾最为突出的地区之一，水资源不足已制约了当地经济、社会的发展。文章在简要阐述黄河水资源现状的基础上，浅析了黄河断流现象发生的原因，提出了实现黄河水资源可持续利用的几点对策、措施。
The Yellow River Basin is one of the most conspicuous reg ions of contradictions between water resources supply and demand in China. In th ese regions inadequate water resources have restricted the local development of economy and society. This paper briefly discusses the present situation of water resources of the Yellow River and on the basis of discussion it also analyses t he causes of the Yellow River cutout. Then the paper puts forth several counterm easures to realize the sustainable utilization of the Yellow River water resources.
