磁共振波谱在癫痫疾病中的临床应用

摘要 准确的癫痫灶定位 ,明确病灶与脑重要结构及功能区的关系 ,对采取正确的手术方案和取得满意的治疗效果十分重要。近十年来 ,磁共振波谱 (MagneticResonanceSpectroscopy ,MRS)从离体脏器与动物实验研究阶段逐渐进入临床应用阶段 ,已成为检测体内化学成份、组织代谢重要的无创性检查手段。对手术前病灶的定侧、定位和评价抗癫痫药物的临床效果均有重要价值。本文就MRS在癫痫中的临床应用现状和应用前景进行综述。
