摘要
根据油管下放过程的特点 ,采用间接测量方法实现油管长度的在线智能测量。以 89C51单片机为核心 ,通过安装于滚筒前的光电式传感器将钢丝绳移动的长度转换为长度脉冲信号输送到单片机处理后显示输出 ,鉴于油管下放过程的复杂性 ,利用有效计量鉴别器作有效计量控制。为提高测量精度 ,在考虑起升系统中钢丝绳的受力变形后 ,推导了适用于油管长度智能计量的数学模型。围绕该方案进行了硬件和软件系统设计。室内模拟试验表明 ,该测量方法切实可行 ,测量精度可达 1‰。
According to the characteristic of running tubings, this measurer adopted an indirect method to realize intelligent online measurement of tubing length. Based on 89C51 single\|chip computer, the linear displacement of the wire rope was turned into pulses by the photoelectric sensor mounted in front of the drum, then the pulses were processed by computer and displayed in digital form. A discriminator was used for effective control of the measurement in consideration of the complexity of running tubings. In order to raise the measuring accuracy, a mathematical model was established after thinking over the deformation of the wire rope of lifting gear. The hardware and software were designed on basis of this method. The result of the simulation test showed that this measurer run well with high accuracy.
