摘要
采用扫描电镜、化学分析法和电化学方法,详细研究了阴极电流密度、镀液温度、镀液中MoS_2微粒浓度等工艺条件对Ni-MoS_2自润滑复合镀层硬度及摩擦学性能的影响,获得了制备复合镀层的最佳工艺参数为:MoS_2 10 g/L,分散剂0.1 mg/g MoS_2,表面活性剂C 10^(-6)L/L,pH值4.8,温度55 ℃,D_k=1 A/dm^2,空气搅拌。按此工艺获得的复 合镀层具有显著的耐磨减摩功效。
The effects of cathodic current density, temperature and MoS_2 contents in bath on the hardnss and tribological characteristics of Ni-MoS_2 self-lubricating composite coating were investigated by SEM and electrochemical methods. The optimum technological parameters were: MoS_2 10 g/L; dispering agent 0.1 mg/g MoS_2; surfactant 10^(-6)L/L; pH value 4~8; D_k=1 A/dm^2; 55℃ ; air stirring.
