摘要
以不同体积的溶剂、提取时间、提取次数对毛竹叶、枝中多糖的提取研究结果表明 :三种提取因素对多糖的得率均有不同程度的影响。将叶、枝中提取得到的多糖经UV 2 50 1PC分光光度计测得叶的多糖含量为 6 6 .74 % ,枝的多糖含量为 4 9.39%。
The results of extracting polysaccharides from Phyllostachys pubescens under the different conditions show that the volume of the solvent, duration and times of extracting affect the yield of extracted polysaccharides that measured by using spectrophotometer .The content of polysaccharides in leaves are 66.74%,in branches are 49.39%.
