摘要
目的 :探讨感染性角膜炎的临床诊断、实验室检查及预后。方法 :结合诱因、临床表现及实验室检查对 10 2例感染性角膜炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :感染性角膜炎的致盲率达 40 .10 % ,眼球摘出 9.89% ,刮片阳性率 32 .14 % ,培养阳性率仅2 2 .41%。结论 :感染性角膜炎是主要的致盲性眼病 ,其诊断更多依赖于临床表现及治疗反应 。
Objective:To study the diagnosis and prognosis of infected keratitis.Methods:Predisposing cause,clinical manifestation and laboratory tests were combined to analysed 102 cases retrospectively.Results:The occoecatio rate of the infected keratits was 40.10%.The rate of enucleation was 9.89%.The positive rate of cultivation and the rate of smear were 32.14% and 22.41% respectively.Conclusion:Infected keratitis was still the main ophthalmopathy which might lead to blindness.Its diagnosis relied more on clinical manifestation and response of treatment.The positive rate of laboratory tests was relatively low.
