摘要
本文按照假想等价速度三角形的概念及应用平面叶栅资料,给出了叶轮机械准三元设计时S1流面叶片造型的几种不同方法,通过设计例作了比较。同时用数值计算和实验结果,对影响叶轮机机械性能及内流的若干重要问题如叶顶间隙、来流条件(前置进气箱、进口速度畸变、预旋等)进行了讨论。
Some methods of blade section design based on virtual-equivalent velocity diagram and plane cascade data on S1 averaged stream surface, which is usually used in quasi-three-dimensional design, is presented and they are compared by design examples. In the other hand, with focus on some important problems such as tip clearance. inlet conditions (inlet box. inlet velocity distortion. prewhirl and so on), the influences of which on performance and internal flow are discussed by numerical simulation and experimental results.
