摘要
常规的 Roebel 换位线棒,由于股线间存在环流,各股线间的温差可高达30~40℃。要扼制股线间环流,关键是设法补偿 Roebel 线棒中,由端部磁场引起的各股线间回路电势的不平衡,本文论述了采用空换位和不完全换位的定子线捧新型换位设计方法。文章的第Ⅱ部分介绍新型换位技术的应用实例,证实了它的有效性与可行性。
In the conventional Roebel bar,the temperature difference of strands can be up to 30~40℃ due to existing of the current circuiting among strands.In this paper,a new transposition technique,including transpositon with a void and ineomplement transposition,is introduced.By mean of proper compesation for EMF difference in the strand circuits,circuit currents are eliminated.Engineering examples,presented in part Ⅱ of this paper,have confirmed that the new tran- sposition technique is effective and feasible.
