摘要
本文以三维电磁场的分析为基础,提出了轴向磁场永磁无刷直流电动机的分析和设计方法,研究了这种电机的内外径的最佳比例及其稳态和动态运行过程。文中通过一台12极三相星形连接的样机实测数据,证实了所提出的分析和设计方法的正确性。
On the basis of analysis of three-dimensional electro-magnetic field,the paper points out the method about analysing and designing permanent magnet brushless dc motor with axial magnetic field,studying the optimum proportion of inner to outer diameter of the motor as well as its steady and dynamic operating process.Through testing a twelve-pole Y-connection three-phase prototype,accuracy of analysis and design method presented is proved by experimental data.
