摘要
采用热天平研究了低温 (3 0°C~ 1 3 0°C)条件下湿高钙煤灰的脱硫特性。指出水是低温下高钙煤灰进行脱硫反应的前提条件 ,同时探讨了水钙摩尔比 (H2 O/Ca O)、温度、二氧化硫浓度和钙硫摩尔比 (Ca/S)对煤灰脱硫效率的影响。结果表明 :随着 H2 O/Ca O、二氧化硫浓度和 Ca/S的增大 ,脱硫效率增大 ;随着温度的升高 ,脱硫效率降低。图 5表 4参 1
Thermobalance was firstly used to study the desulfurization behavior of wet high CaO coal ash at low temperature(30°C~130°C). The results showed the presence of unbound water was a pre requisite to the desulfurization reaction of coal ash. At the same time, the influences of H 2O/CaO, reaction temperature, SO 2 concentration and Ca/S on the desulfurization efficiency were experimentally and theoretically analyzed. As a result, with the increase of H 2O/CaO, SO 2 concentration or Ca/S, the desulfurization efficiency increases while with the increase of temperature, the efficiency decreases.
