摘要 ①目的 比较检测脑胶质瘤细胞药物敏感性的两种方法。②方法 同时采用DNA断端末端标记(TUNEL)法与噻唑蓝 (MTT)法 ,体外检测人多形性胶质母细胞瘤BT32 5株细胞和 19例病人新鲜脑胶质瘤细胞对8种化疗药物的敏感性。③结果 人多形性胶质母细胞瘤BT32 5株细胞TUNEL法和MTT法所得结果高度一致 ;而用两种方法检测 19例病人新鲜脑胶质瘤细胞药物敏感性 ,实验结果有一定的差异 ,TUNEL法优于MTT法。④结论 在细胞高度均一时 ,TUNEL法和MTT法均可较好反映药敏情况 ,但随着所分离的肿瘤细胞纯度降低 ,MTT法难以准确反映药敏试验结果。 Objective\ To compare and analyse the two methods,TUNEL and MTT, for detection of chemosensitivity to chemotherapeutic agents in human brain glioma cell and the tumor cell line BT325.\ Methods\ The TUNEL and MTT were both adopted to detect chemosensitivity of the brain glioma cells in 19 patients with brain glioma and the tumor cell line BT325 to eight chemotherapeutic drugs.\ Results\ The chemosensitivity was no difference by using TUNEL and MTT in the tumor cell line BT325. But the chemosensitivity was different by using TUNEL and MTT in 19 patients with brain glioma. The results showed that TUNEL was better than MTT.\ Conclusion\ It would be better to use TUNEL than MTT when the samples were mixed with non tumor cells. [
