摘要
对学生加强德育的有效性培养已成为学校和社会共同关注的话题。品德教育与其它教育一样 ,都是在一定环境条件下进行的 ,人在成长过程中所处的以现实性为内涵的教育环境 ,多层次、多类别的教学内容构成的主体网络结构的教育刺激 ,保持教育者的真实性 ,注重受教育者的准备性等都是做好德育工作 。
Like other kinds of education, moral education is conducted under certain environment. Intensifying the effectiveness of moral education has become a hot topic to which schools and society pay much attention. This article describes the advantages of how to conduct moral education well and improve the effectiveness of moral education from the following four aspects: environmental reality, the origin of educational stimuli, educator's reality, preparations for accepting education in the course of people's growth.
