摘要
以纯化学试剂配料 ,研究了Fe2O3 对阿利特 -硫铝酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成的影响。结果表明 ,低温下煅烧 ,Fe2O3不利于系统中fCaO的吸收 ;高温下煅烧 ,一定量的Fe2O3 可促进C3S及C4A3 S矿物的形成 ,有利于其在熟料中的共存 ;而当Fe2O3 含量较高时 ,将会阻碍C3S的形成及降低C4A3 S的含量。
The influence of Fe2O3 on the mineral formation of alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker is studied in this article. Results show thatFe2O3 does not benefit absorption of fCaO at lower clinkering temperature; A smaller amount of Fe2O3 can accelerate absorption of fCaO and promote the formation of C3S and C4A3 S,but a larger amount of Fe2O3 will hinder the formation of C3S and C4A3 S at higher clinkering temperature.
