摘要
本文主要介绍了辉光放电光谱仪的基本原理、仪器结构以及在冶金分析中的应用:成分分析和深度逐层分析。辉光放电光谱仪将在钢材的表面检测、生产过程控制和镀层产品的开发研究上发挥重要的作用。
The basic theory and the schematic of glow discharge optical emission spectrometer (GD-OES) ,main application of both bulk analysis and depth profile analysis in iron and steel industry are introduced in this paper.GD-OES will play an important role on analysis, such as process control and research of the coated product.
