摘要
根据作者对数十家立体仓库的实地调研,结合自动化立体仓库故障的特点,构建了其故障自诊断系统总体结构。在分析研究其信号采集系统、实时监控与状态识别系统及智能诊断决策系统的基础上,运用 Visual Basic6.0在 Windows系统下,采用面向对象的程序设计方法对其智能诊断决策系统进行了系统设计与开发。
Combing the fault feather of high- rise warehouse and according to the investigation and study of tens of them, the whole structure of its fault self- diagnosis is established. Through analysis and research of its data acquisition system, real- time condition monitoring and mode identification system and intelligent diagnosis decision system, supplied by the Visual Basic6.0 in Windows environment and object oranted programming method , fault self- diagnosis system of high- rise warehouse is developed and designed.
