摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定了血浆中吗丙嗪的浓度。结果表明:吗丙嗪的平均回收率是91.18%,在5～50μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990),日内变异系数小于4.68%,日间变异系数小于5.01%,检测下限2.46μg/ml,常用的部分抗肿瘤药物不干扰吗丙嗪的测定。提示这是一个简单、灵敏的方法。
The concentration of probimane in plasma was determined with high--performance liquid chro-matography. The results showed that the average recovery rate of probimane was 91. 18%,the linealrelationship was occurred at the range of 5～50μg/ml (r=0. 9990), the variant constant was lessthan 4. 68% within a day and less than 5. 01% between days,the sensitivity of the assay was 2. 46μg/ml for problmane and some of the commonly used anticancer drugs used in this experiment did not in-terfere with the analytical procedure. Therefore this is a simple and sensitive method for assaying probi-mane.
