摘要
首次报道在微量非离子表面活性剂存在下 ,以 3%~ 2 0 %的乙醇一次快速结晶药用甘氨酸α 晶体的工艺。探讨了结晶过程甘氨酸初始浓度、乙醇用量、结晶温度对晶体生长的影响。得到了最佳控制参数。产品各项指标均达到或超过美国药典水平。解决了甘氨酸贮运过程的结块问题。α 晶体率达 1 0 0 % ,纯度为 99 9% ,氯含量小于 0 0 0 3%。
A new technical method of purifying the medicine glycine α crystal using nonionic surfactant and alcohol of concentration from 3% to 20% as crystallization solution was reported.The effect of initial concentration of glycine,amounts of alcohol and temperature on the crystalling process was studied.The best crystallinic condition was obtained.The purity of the crystal was 99 9%,the ratio of α crystal was 100%,and the content of chloride in glycine crystal was 0 003%.
