摘要
目的 探讨光固化树脂作为制作桩核材料在修复磨牙残冠中运用的可行性。方法 选择磨牙残冠共 6 8例 ,用光固化树脂作桩核联合金属全冠修复 ,所有病例随访 2年。结果 6 8例患牙经随访后 ,有6 4例修复成功。结论 运用光固化树脂制作桩核具有操作简单、固位良好 ,保留牙体 ,缩短疗程等优点 。
Objective To investigate the possibility of light cure resin used as post-core in restoration of large defects of molar teeth. Methods The resin post cores with metal full crown were used to restore the large defects of molar teeth in 68 cases. All patients were followed up 2 years. Results The 64 cases showed a good effect in clinic after two years. The successful rate is 94%.Conclusion There are some advantages of operating easily, retaining the teeth,and short cure term for this restorating method.
