摘要
针对稠油井井筒流体流动难的特点 ,利用节点系统分析方法 ,建立了空心抽油杆和油套环空掺化学剂的抽油机井举升工艺计算模型 ,并研究利用化学方法改善井筒流体流动的条件。结果表明 ,M型化学剂通过乳化和热力降粘作用可改善流体的流动性和抽油杆柱的受力状况 ;在启动过程中掺入化学剂的温度对油井生产有一定的影响。
With respect to the difficulty of heavy oil flowing in wellbore, calculating models for lifting techniques by mixing chemical agent in hollow rod or annulus of rod pumping wells are developed with the nodal system analysis method. The models are used to study the conditions for improving the fluid flow ability. The experimental results show that the chemical agent M mixed with heavy oil in wellbore can greatly improve the flow ability of heavy oil. The mechanical conditions of the suck rod by emulsification and thermal mechanism of agent M can be improved. A certain injecting temperature is necessary at the beginning of injecting the chemical agent M.
