摘要
随着国家对安全生产的日趋重视,在石油化工生产装置的危险性分析中应用目前国际上通用的DNV公司的SAFETI软件进行计算,可定量给出在事故状态下,对周围所造成的不同程度的影响。
With the more stringent government' s requirement for operation safety, the calculation by use of SAFETI software from DNV for the risk analysis of petrochemical plant can determine the impacts on the environment in a quantitative manner and therefore provide a sound basis for engineering design.
